How do Voco integrations work?
You connect a tool once, and from then on every call that needs it is written into it automatically, with no copying from call summaries.

Sign in to the tool from your Voco dashboard, or paste a key where the tool uses one. Voco tests the connection before it saves anything.

Voco answers and captures
Voco answers in your business name and captures the caller, what they need, the address and the urgency.

Your data
Is my data safe when Voco connects to my tools?
Yes. Voco encrypts every key and token at rest, tests each connection before saving it and only writes what a call needs, such as a booking, a contact note or a repair.
Keys encrypted at rest
Keys and tokens are encrypted when stored and never shown again after you save them.
Tested before saving
Voco checks each connection live before it stores anything, so a typo shows up straight away.
Nothing fails silently
A failed write is retried automatically, and the last error shows on your Integrations page.
