Appointment reminders for UK small businesses
Fewer no-shows, without chasing anyone
Voco reminds your customers about their appointment at 6pm the evening before, with a private link to confirm, move or cancel it. A customer who has not confirmed can get a check call on the morning, and a customer who wants their next visit booked can ask Voco to remind them when it is due.
Pay as you go at 29p a minute, billed by the second. Every feature on every plan.

Booking to visit
What does a customer get after booking?
A Voco booking goes through four steps before the visit: a confirmation with a link, a reminder the evening before, an optional morning check call, and the appointment itself.
- 01
A confirmation with a link
The customer gets the booking details and a private link to confirm, move or cancel it, with no app or account.
- 02
A reminder at 6pm the evening before
One reminder, the evening before. A booking made after 6pm the day before has just had its confirmation, so it gets no second message.
- 03
A morning check call
If you switch it on, Voco rings customers who have not confirmed at 8am for a morning appointment, or 9am otherwise, and never in the hour before it starts.
- 04
The visit
Mark a no-show or a cancellation in your dashboard; every other booking is taken to have happened.
Changes
Can customers move their own appointment?
Customers can move or cancel a Voco booking themselves from the link in their confirmation, choosing from the same free times your receptionist books from.
Real free times
The link offers only times you actually have free, from the same availability Voco uses on calls.Your calendar follows
A moved booking moves its calendar event too, so your diary never shows the old time.Cancelled means cancelled
A cancelled booking frees the slot and is never sent a review request.
Next visit
How does Voco remind customers about their next visit?
A customer can ask Voco to remind them when their next visit is due, such as an annual boiler service, and Voco contacts them then, by text or call, as they chose.
Only when they ask
Voco keeps the question the customer answered and when, because their request is what allows the reminder.Due dates from your services
You set how often each service repeats, and the reminder goes when the next one is due.Easy to stop
A customer who asks to stop is not reminded again.
