Seven controls over how bookings happen

AI-captured bookings
When a caller asks to book, your AI collects the date, time and relevant details during the call itself. The booking is created automatically, no action needed from you until you are ready to confirm.
Manual booking entry
Add bookings yourself for walk-ins, website enquiries or calls that went to your personal number. Everything stays in the same system.
Calendar sync
Connect your Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Apple Calendar. Voco checks your existing calendar before accepting a booking to prevent double-booking.
Availability slots
Set the time slots you want to offer. Your AI will only book within the windows you have defined.
Booking approval
Choose whether bookings are confirmed automatically or held for your approval first. When approval is on, you get an SMS and email with one-tap confirm or reject buttons.
Confirm and cancel
Accept or reject bookings from your dashboard or directly from the SMS notification. If you reject, the customer is notified that you will be in touch to arrange an alternative time.
Overbooking prevention
Your calendar syncs in real time. If a slot fills up, it is no longer offered to callers. No awkward double-bookings.

    Caller rings your Voco number and asks to book an appointment.

    Your AI checks your available slots and proposes a time.

  3. 3

    Caller confirms the time during the call.

  4. 4

    You receive an SMS and email with two buttons: Confirm or Reject.

  5. 5

    You tap Confirm. The booking is added to your calendar and the customer receives a confirmation.

  6. 6

    You tap Reject. The customer is notified you will call them to find another time.
