Outside business hours only

When you are busy and outside hours
Your phone rings during business hours. If you do not pick up, or if it is outside your hours, your AI answers. The most flexible option.

When should a call reach you directly?
Set one rule. Voco follows it on every call until you change it.
- Always try to transfer
- Your AI will always attempt to connect the caller to you directly before taking a message.
- Urgent calls only
- Transfer only calls that the caller or your AI identifies as urgent. Everything else is handled and logged.
- During scheduled hours only
- Transfers only happen during the hours you have set as your availability window.
- Never transfer
- Your AI takes messages and manages the conversation fully. No calls are passed through to you.
