BetaCaller research for UK small businesses
Know the company before you ring back
When a caller says they are ringing from a company, Voco looks the company up on Companies House and writes you a few lines about it, on the call record, before you ring back. Voco only ever researches a named company, never a private individual, and writes a brief only when the company is found.

How does Voco research a company caller?
A research brief takes three steps: the caller names their company, Voco finds it on Companies House, and a few lines appear on the call record.
- 01
The caller names a company
"I'm ringing from Dunmore Lettings about three boiler services." Voco notes the company.
- 02
Voco finds the public record
Voco looks the company up on Companies House, the free public register of UK companies.
- 03
A few lines on the call
The brief sits on the call record with the summary, so you know who you are ringing before you pick up the phone.
