Customer groups for UK small businesses

Your customers grouped, and what to do about each

Voco sorts the customers in your calls, chats, emails and bookings into six groups, each with a rule you can read, such as "asked for a price in the last 30 days, with no booking since". Two groups come with an action you run in one click, and every group can be downloaded as a list.

Pay as you go at 29p a minute, billed by the second. Every feature on every plan.

Actions

What can you do with a group?

Each Voco customer group can be downloaded, and three come with a next step: a quote follow-up, a next-visit reminder, and a personal call.

  • Follow up quotes

Text everyone who asked for a price and has not had a follow-up yet, asking if they still need it, with a link to ask for a call. One text each.
  • Remind lapsed customers

Text the lapsed customers who asked to be reminded and are now due. Only they can be texted about booking again.
  • Call the unhappy ones

The unhappy group is worth a call from you personally. Tap a number to see what happened first.
  • Download any group

Take a list of any group to use as you like.
