BetaReview requests for UK small businesses
A review request after every job, on the sites you choose
Voco asks every customer for a review two hours after their appointment, by text, with one short link. You choose up to eight review sites and their order, from Google, Trustpilot, Checkatrade and Facebook to any other site, and you can write the message yourself. Voco asks every customer whose visit went ahead, never only the happy ones.

From visit to review
How does Voco ask for reviews?
A Voco review request takes three steps: the appointment ends, Voco sends one text two hours later, and the customer picks where to leave the review.
- 01
The appointment ends
A booking still confirmed two hours after it ended is taken to have happened. Cancellations and no-shows you mark are never asked.
- 02
One text, one short link
Two hours later, Voco texts the customer your message and a short link.
- 03
The customer picks a site
With one review site the link goes straight there. With several, the customer chooses from a page of buttons, and Voco notes which they picked.
Review sites
Which review sites can Voco send customers to?
Voco can send customers to up to eight review sites in the order you choose, including Google, Trustpilot, Checkatrade, Facebook, Yell, TrustATrader, Which? Trusted Traders, MyBuilder, Rated People, Bark, Feefo, REVIEWS.io, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Treatwell and Houzz, or any other site under your own name for it.
Your order
Put the site that matters most first. It leads the page of buttons, or is the only link if you choose one.Checked links
A link for a named site must be on that site's own address, checked when you save it and again when it is used.Any other site
Add a site that is not on the list under your own name for it, and its address shows on its button.
Fair asking
Does Voco only ask happy customers?
No. Voco asks every customer whose appointment went ahead, because filtering for happy customers first breaks the rules of Google and most review sites.
Everyone who had the visit
Every booking that went ahead is asked the same way, whatever the call sounded like.Never twice in 90 days
A customer asked for a review is not asked again for 90 days, however often they book.No catch-up burst
Switching review requests on does not text last month's customers: only visits from the last three days are asked.
