The agreement between you and Voco.

By accessing or using the Voco AI receptionist service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Voco provides an AI-powered call answering service that:
Pricing: The Service is provided at £249 per month plus a one-time setup fee of £199.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the same date each month.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.
If Voco does not capture at least one qualified lead within your first 7 days of service, we will refund your setup fee in full upon request. This guarantee applies only to new customers and can only be claimed once.

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including AI models, software, and branding, remain the property of Voco Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voco Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to pay.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
