Can Voco book appointments without me lifting a finger?
Yes. When a caller wants to book, Voco checks your synced calendar, proposes an available slot and books it during the call. You can set bookings to confirm automatically, or to wait for your one-tap approval by SMS and email.
Which calendars does Voco connect to?
Voco syncs with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Apple Calendar. It reads your existing events in real time, so it never books a caller into a slot that is already taken.
Will I see what was said on each call?
Every call is logged with a full transcript you can read like a chat thread, plus an audio recording you can play back. Voco also tags each call by type (enquiry, booking or emergency) so you can find what you need quickly.
Can I control what my AI says and does not say?
Yes. In the My Business settings you choose the voice, name, greeting and tone, decide whether the AI shares pricing, and set guardrails. That includes competitors to avoid and specific phrases the AI should never use.
What does Voco do outside my business hours?
You decide. Voco can answer fully as normal, take messages only, or switch to an emergency mode that flags urgent calls and can transfer them to a number you choose.
