Can an AI receptionist add jobs to Jobber?
Yes, as requests. Here's exactly what gets created, what's left off, and why that's deliberate.

If you're on the tools and the phone rings, something has to give. Here's what actually happens when Voco answers that call and you're a Jobber user.
Can an AI receptionist add jobs to Jobber?
Voco creates a request in Jobber, not a job. A request is Jobber's own object for work waiting to be quoted or scheduled, and it's created with the client already matched or added, the enquiry summarised, and the date and time attached.
Does it send every single call?
No. Only calls that need acting on: a message taken, an appointment booked, a callback asked for. Calls that were just a question, already answered, or a transfer that got picked up, don't clutter your list by default. You can change that, and you can always send any call across by hand in one click.
How do I know what Voco left off?
Every call is listed with whether it reached Jobber and why, in plain terms, not jargon. Nothing disappears silently, and anything left off has a one-click button to send it anyway.
Does it recognise my existing clients?
Yes. If someone's already in your Jobber, Voco can greet them by name on their very first call to your number, not just repeat calls. You choose how confident that greeting is.
What it doesn't do yet
Worth being straight about this, since it's the easiest thing to assume:
It can't answer questions about existing work
Voco can't tell a caller when someone's coming, whether a quote was sent, or what they owe.
It only creates requests
Not jobs, quotes, invoices or visits. It doesn't schedule or assign anybody.
It doesn't sync two ways
Changing something in Jobber doesn't change anything in Voco.
It only works with Jobber
No Tradify, ServiceM8, Commusoft, Joblogic, simPRO or anything else, today.
Is this available on every plan?
Yes. No integration is gated by plan.
How do I connect it?
One click, then approve access inside Jobber. Read more on our Jobber integration page, or see what else Voco connects to, including HubSpot, Cal.com and Fixflo.
