Can an AI receptionist book into Cal.com?

Does Voco use my actual Cal.com availability?

Yes. Voco checks your event type's real schedule at the moment of the call, not a fixed set of business hours. Whatever your Cal.com page would offer an online visitor is what a caller hears too.

What decides the length of the appointment?

Your Cal.com event type does. A 15 minute event type produces 15 minute slots. Voco doesn't apply its own default on top of it.

Whichever booking reaches Cal.com first is confirmed. If a caller asks for a slot that's just gone, Voco tells them plainly and offers the next available time, rather than booking a slot that no longer exists.
