- Unified calendar view
- See all your appointments in one place, regardless of which calendar they came from. Google, Outlook and Apple all appear together.
- Calendar sync
- Connect up to three calendars. Voco reads your existing events in real time. If something is booked, Voco knows about it before your next caller rings.
- Availability setup
- Define which days and hours you are open for bookings. Your AI will only offer slots within these windows.
- Slot duration
- Set how long each appointment should be. 30 minutes, an hour, whatever suits your business. Voco builds your available slots automatically.
- Weekly schedule
- Set different hours for different days. Open Monday to Friday but not weekends? Open mornings only on Thursdays? Set it once and Voco handles it.
- Date overrides
- Override specific dates without changing your whole schedule. Useful for bank holidays, training days or one-off changes to your hours.
- Block dates
- Block out dates for holidays, planned closures or emergencies. Voco will tell callers you are unavailable and take a message instead.
