You answer the calls you can. The rest go to voicemail, and most callers who hit voicemail just ring the next business on the list. That missed call was a job, and it went to someone else.
The fix has always been to have something answer every call. The catch, until now, was that "something" came with a monthly subscription, and if you are a sole trader or just starting out, paying a fixed fee every month before you have seen a single booking feels like a risk.
So we built pay as you go.
How pay as you go works
There is no monthly fee and no contract. You load credit onto your account, and we charge 30p a minute as calls come in, rounded up to the whole minute. Your AI receptionist answers every call, captures the caller's details, books the appointment, and sends you the follow up, exactly as it does on every Voco plan. The only difference is how you pay.
Because you only ever spend the credit you have loaded, the bill can never run away from you. When your balance gets low, you top up again, or you switch on auto top-up and your balance refills itself from your saved card before it runs out, so your line keeps answering without you having to think about it.

Who pay as you go is for
It suits you if your call volume is low or hard to predict, or if you simply want to try AI call answering without signing up to a monthly plan first.
