We're thrilled to announce one of our most requested features: Smart Calendar Booking. Your Voco AI receptionist can now schedule appointments directly into your calendar, making the booking process seamless for you and your customers.
How It Works
When a caller wants to book an appointment, Voco will:
- Access your real-time availability from your connected calendar
- Offer suitable time slots to the caller
- Confirm the booking and add it to your calendar
- Send confirmation details to both you and the customer
Supported Calendars
Smart Calendar Booking works with:
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Outlook
- Apple Calendar (via iCloud)
- Calendly integration
Key Features
Buffer Time
Set automatic buffers between appointments to account for travel time or preparation.
Working Hours
Define when you're available for bookings—Voco will never offer times outside your preferences.
Service Types
Different services can have different durations. A quick consultation might be 15 minutes, while a full service appointment could be 2 hours.
Smart Conflict Resolution
If your calendar updates while Voco is booking, it automatically adjusts to find an alternative slot.
Getting Started
Existing customers can enable Smart Calendar Booking from their dashboard. Simply connect your calendar and configure your availability preferences. New customers will find the option during onboarding.
